National Village – Walking Trails
The National Village neighborhood is one of my favorite neighborhoods in the Opelika, AL area. Its vibrant and exciting environment provides a wide assortment of activities and events that keep the residents engaged and entertained. Today, I am featuring the walking trails. Hans and I explored them and give them a huge thumbs up. We even saw a deer run across our path. Wish I had been quick enough to take a picture of him. Other activities within this community include tennis or pickleball leagues and playing in a golf tournament at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. The Marriott Grand National is the perfect place to stay in shape with fitness classes or swimming in one of the many pools on-site. The clubhouse usually hosts social functions and parties that allow neighbors to mingle and get to know each other better. The National Village provides the resources needed for residents to stay as active and social as they like in this welcoming community.
