“Operating in cyberspace is something every one of us does every day without considering the challenges and opportunities presented by the Internet of Things and its potential ramifications,” Rogers said.
“This talk will be both timely and relevant as we all need to understand our new digital information world and work across government, industry, academia and individuals to keep it moving in the right direction,” said retired Army Lt. Gen. Ron Burgess, senior counsel for National Security Programs, Cyber Programs and Military Affairs at Auburn University. “There is no one better positioned than Adm. Mike Rogers to talk about this topic and put it in terms we can all understand.”
Rogers is a distinguished graduate of the National War College and a graduate of highest distinction from the Naval War College. He is also a Massachusetts Institute of Technology Seminar XXI fellow and a Harvard Senior Executive in National Security alumnus, and he holds a Master of Science degree in National Security Strategy.
