The mural was painted by 13 Auburn University art students and 3 hired artists. It is on the side of the wall of the Museum of East Alabama. It stands 35 x 13 feet. Diversity is showcased throughout it and portrays the role of women in agricultural history and influential figures such as agricultural poineeer George Washington Carver and hotriculturalist and agricultural professor Booker T. Whatley.
