It was a beautiful day, and Hans and I were getting ready to show a cozy new listing.
“Alright, Hans—next showing!” I said, all optimism.
Hans took one sniff of the air and wrinkled his nose.
“Something smells weird…”
Not exactly the vibe you want to start with.

Inside, things went downhill fast.
Hans was dramatically holding his nose like he’d walked into a trash can.
The buyer looked around and said,

A mountain of laundry, ominously lurking in the corner.
Hans pointed and announced,

One of them joked,
“If Hans likes the backyard, we’ll take it.”
Hans, now flopped dramatically on the floor, replied:
“Only if it smells better out there!”
