As an Auburn University graduate who’s lived in the area since 1988 and has been helping buyers and sellers for more than 20 years, I’ve worked with parents purchasing homes for students, Auburn University faculty and staff, retirees, investors, and families relocating to the area.

One thing I’ve learned is simple:

Don’t choose a neighborhood randomly.

The best location depends on your goals.

Not everyone wants to live immediately next to campus.
