• “Can I See It at 10 p.m.?” – Because there’s no better time to evaluate curb appeal than in total darkness.
• “Can We Offer Half the Asking Price?” – Sure, if you also want to insult the seller and ruin your chances of negotiation.
• “I Want a Huge Yard but Don’t Want to Mow It.” – They want the space without the sweat. Good luck with that.
• “Can You Throw in the Furniture?” – Because why not ask for a free living room set while you’re at it?
• “Can You Guarantee the Neighbors Will Be Quiet?” – I’m a realtor, not a miracle worker.
• “Can We Move in Before Closing?” – You know, just to test drive the place. No big deal.
• “Can You Show Us Houses That Aren’t for Sale?” – Oh, you mean like trespassing? No thanks.
• “Can I Pay in Bitcoin?” – Because nothing says ‘serious buyer’ like a wildly fluctuating cryptocurrency offer.
• “Can We Keep the Chickens?” – Yes, this is a real request. No, I don’t know what they were thinking.
