Samford Lawn – Holiday Lighting Ceremony – Auburn University

What a great way to start the holidays!! The annual Holiday Lighting Ceremony; where the Christmas Tree and Menorah will be lighted to celebrate the start of the holiday season. The pictures on this post are from last year! My dog was actually posing in front of the lovely decorated tree.

Family holiday activities will be from 4-5 PM. From 5-6 PM there will be performances by local choirs and student performers; where they will wrap up the hour with the countdown to the lighting of the Christmas Tree and Menorah. After the tree and Menorah are lit, families are welcome to stay and take pictures, eat some snacks and have a merry time!
