A Classic Summer Day in Opelika: 2025 Midsummer Market & Car Show Recap

If you were anywhere near Historic Opelika recently, you already know — the 2025 Midsummer Market & Northside Classic Car Show brought the perfect mix of sunshine, shopping, and shiny chrome!

Held at the Heritage House on Opelika’s Northside from 11am–3pm, this summer favorite featured:

• 🛍️ Local vendors with unique finds and handmade goods

• 🍔 Food trucks serving up favorites all afternoon

• 🍹 Cold drinks from the Heritage House outdoor bar

• 🚗 An impressive lineup of classic cars that had everyone snapping pics

And just a few blocks away, things heated up even more with:

• 🍔 Opelika Burger Wars — a delicious showdown for the best burger

• 🚜 Touch-A-Truck — a family-friendly favorite where kids (and grownups!) got to climb and explore

From shopping and sipping to revving engines and backyard burgers, this was one of those picture-perfect small town days that reminds us why we love living in (or visiting) Opelika.
